$1.6m fraud: Court throws out Ajudua’s application to quash charge

Fred-AjuduaJUSTICE Olubunmi Oyewole of a Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja on Tuesday, threw out the application filed by a lawyer,  Fred Ajudua, asking the court to quash the $1.6million fraud charge preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) since 2003.
