A new book edited by the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Allison-Madueke has revealed that external factors and local impediments had been the major hindrances to the President Goodluck Jonathan’s dream of repositioning the country in the first two years of his administration.

In the book entitled, “Goodluck Ebele Jonathan: Champion of Women,” the Minister stated that Jonathan was neither a weak nor indecisive president as many would believe.
