2015: We are yet to find Fashola’s successor – ACN
The Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, Lagos State chapter has dismissed media speculation that Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of the National Leader of the Party, Bola Tinubu, has been anointed to take over the mantle of leadership from Governor Babatunde Fashola in 2015.
The speculation, which trended heavily online recently had it that its leader, Tinubu has decided to impose his wife on the state, as the candidate of the ACN in the 2015 governorship election.
However, the Publicity Secretary of Lagos ACN, Mr. Joe Igbokwe, denied the allegation, saying that the Senator was not interested in governing the state.[Daily Post Nigeria]
